We visited on a late Monday afternoon in late June 2025. There were plenty of spots in the parking lot when we visited. The visitor center here was open as well as the gardens. We did notice there was a restroom facility here in the parking lot separate from the other infrastructure. It was a nice bathroom with running water. It's kind of hidden behind a bunch of overgrown bushes.
