Brrrr! Harbor Shaved Ice & Iced Coffee

We stopped in for a quick treat while driving the island. Ya’ll, I’m telling you this place is GREAT! So many yummy choices. The young man who served us was exceptionally nice and friendly. We tried a few flavors and landed on the Butter Beer. It was AMAZING!! Do yourself a favor and stop in! We will definitely be visiting again during our stay.

We have been coming to Bar Harbor for years and this is by far our favorite spot for an after-hike treat. Caleb is incredibly nice and welcoming (and patient with very excited children). There are a ton of interesting flavors, which Caleb is always happy to let you sample.

We stopped here after hiking beehive in Acadia. Such friendly service and really quality shaved ice with a million flavors to choose from. All the flavor and taste of the most decadent ice cream but without that super full "I just over ate" feeling. My teenagers were initially disappointed after finding out there was no ice cream here, but after a taste they were hooked. Flavors from watermelon to mango to lime to "cake batter" and "s'mores", which I would never have thought would work for shaved ice but they really really do.

The shaved ice was incredible with so many flavor options. We were in Maine vacationing and had to come back twice because it was such a favorite. The staff was incredibly kind and we will definitely be back on our next visit out here!

The girls working the counter were super friendly the moment we walked in the door! The world would be such a better place if we all had even an 1/9 of their joy and kindness! The shaved ice was absolutely perfect and just want we needed on a warm day after a good hike!
