Perkins American Food Co.

We’re from NYS and Perkins hasn’t been in our state for a very long time. The service was great! We are traveling down to Florida and stopped in Gettysburg, PA. Tara our server was outstanding!

My husband's and my daughters's meals were good. Mine was ok. I got 3 choc chip pancakes. They were too done. Dark and crispy on one side.They did not taste terrible tho. Our server Tracy was very nice. Food came out a lot quicker than I thought it would. It was pretty busy.

I ordered a piece of coconut cream pie to go. It was put in a bag so I didn’t look at it but I should have. See the photo attached. This is what I received. Why would anyone serve a customer this?? This is totally unacceptable!

We are traveling from Florida to Tioga PA. We arrived in our jammies after 8 1/2 hours of driving. The staff was welcoming and patient. The food was amazing! Everybody finished their meal and then some. Of course, the kids loved the cookie at the end of their meal! It was very refreshing to have such a nice staff and great food after driving so many hours. Definitely will be coming back.

My wife and I have never been to this location before as we’re in town visiting family but we decided to stop by for a late lunch. The restaurant was busy but we were seated quickly and our server was attentive and friendly. I believe her name was Lily, she was very personable and quick although the restaurant was full. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was great! We will be back whenever we’re in town!
