Keystone Inn Bed and Breakfast

Wonderful location. Staff was incredibly kind and considerate. Rooms were very clean and equipped with what we need. Staff provided cookies upon arrival. Due to room availability, we were able to get into our room early. The family of the owners has provided the inn with a scrape book regarding the history of the inn.

We were looking for a romantic weekend getaway that was driving distance from Pittsburgh. We were also looking to support a Black-owned business. The Keystone Inn fit both needs and more!||Our experience began before we arrived with a detailed and warm text exchange making clear everything we needed to know for check-in, including parking and entering the Inn.||When we arrived, we found the atmosphere to be charming and cozy, exactly what one expects of a B and B. While the home decor is charming, there are plenty of nods to the Civil War to satisfy history buffs. The library is filled with Civil War texts and each guest room is named for and appointed with memorabilia related to a man influential in the fight. ||We stayed in the General Ewell room. We only stayed for one night and it was great! The property is beautiful, peaceful and the staff is charming! This was my 1st time staying at a bed and breakfast and it was an amazing experience… The breakfast was probably the best breakfast I’ve ever had! I would love to stay here again!

Loved our short stay here in the beautiful house and room. Breakfast was amazing, and aside from some slight noise from running water being used by another guest, it was very quiet in the General Meade room despite being on the bottom floor just by the entrance. Thank you Carrie for the warm welcome and lovely stay.

A great place to stay! The owners are delightful and the staff are warm and welcoming! Breakfast was delicious (especially the homemade cinnamon roll), and the cookies provided on check-in were a welcome snack. We stayed in the General Meade room, which has an updated bathroom and a VERY comfortable bed. We would definitely stay there again!
