Battlefield Bed and Breakfast Inn

I stayed here about a year and a half ago, so this review is a bit late! I never enjoyed B&Bs until THIS one. Everyone from staff to guests were so incredible and friendly. The room we stayed in (Tack room) was beautiful and the grounds are stunning. The food? Omg, delicious! If you are looking for haunted experiences? Gettysburg is the place to go. I cannot wait to be able to go back (Which is why I'm here, looking at dates). Planning on coming back with my family in tow! This truly was one of my favorite places of all time. Oh, and my dog loved it too! I seriously felt so at home here and recommend it highly! Sorry this was so late, but thank you so much and I'm so excited to stay there again!

My wife and I stayed here in November for our anniversary and it was nothing short of exceptional. Service was great. Even though other people were staying there it felt private. The food we had delivered to our room was awesome. The grounds are beautiful and it's in such a great location. The owners and manager really care about this place and their guests. This would be such an awesome spot for a wedding. They also have cats that live outside. Shout out to this beautiful fella that was chilling outside our window.

For us the location was perfect. One hour from home so not too far but far enough to say we got away. The Atmosphere was beautiful as was the B&B & our cottage. They thought of everything here. We thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi tubs. The beds were very comfortable. Cozy fireplace. The breakfasts were delicious. |But the best part was the service. Very prompt, professional, courteous & thoughtful. JD did a great job as did the entire staff.|The only negative is the cost is something we could not afford often. But worth the price. If it was a bit less we’d love to return.

Our Christmas in July wedding here was more than perfect. Connie is amazing and helped everything run perfectly making us stress free. Also, using all of their Christmas decorations for our wedding made things so simple. The decorations were beautiful. DJ Anton was a hit and we had a blast on our wedding day. It was one of the hottest days of the year but Connie helped ensure everyone was okay with extra fans, and prior to the actual wedding date initiated moving our initial plan of having dinner in the barn into the solarium with ease, allowing everyone to cool off in the nice AC. If you’re looking for a fun, detail-oriented host and a beautiful location, Connie’s Battlefield B&B is the place for you!

We showed up and it was snowing lightly. The outside lights and the Christmas decorations set a beautiful scene. The property was huge and felt really remote for privacy and views but was so close to the battlefields and the town center. JD welcomed us and gave us a tour. He was so great through our stay and so friendly. Sallie made us the most amazing breakfast and my food allergies were carefully considered. The food was delicious. I loved the homemade granola and am still thinking about the Pear muffins. But really all the food was delicious and worth staying there for the breakfast alone. We stayed in the Tack room and felt like we were in The Holiday. The room was clean and so spacious. The jacuzzi tub was heaven after a long day walking around. The horses were picturesque but little
