Luana Inn

Beautiful view from patio/pool deck to ocean and sunsets.|Room was comfortable and spacious--had kitchenette which was great for breakfast prep, prepping lunch for the day trips and reheating dinner leftovers one nt.|Nice lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas on the patio.|Need a car to get to sites, beaches and restaurants|Beach towels provided for our trips to different beaches. I wish beach umbrellas were, since there was little shade at them, and the sun was too hot to stay as long as we wished.|The breakfasts were varied and excellent each day, always including eggs- thank you Gigi.

We recently had a wonderful stay at the Luana Inn, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway. The property is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking plants and flowers that create a picturesque setting.

Breakfast wasn't provided. The room we booked was not available. The cats kept scratching on our door all night keeping us awake. There were ants all over the shower and on the floors. We left after the first night with no offer of a refund. it ruined one day of our honeymoon.

This place has so much potential to be a true gem. Unfortunately, the owner has changed the breakfast policy so the “free breakfast” touted on all the listings is really a welcome fruit and cookie basket. I would have been happy with granola and some milk, but I had to go buy these items. Since I booked this inn through Hawaiian Airlines, I am going to request a partial refund. Otherwise, the host was very friendly and helpful, but it was not in the scope of her responsibilities to change the policy.

I spent an amazing 10 days at Luanna Inn! The property is pristine and the rooms are prestigious. The staff is warmest and most welcoming as well as the impeccable grounds with the most amazing view of the bay especially during whale watching season from the lanai. The resort is very private and elite yet affordable. The daily morning plentiful breakfast is a feast for the eyes and great sustenance for the pallet w fresh pineapple from the hillside. Fragrant plumeria fills the air and Hawaiian music plays on the heartstrings. I have already booked my return trip in April to see the humpback whales again and again!
