DRIFT

A very nice spot to grab a bite to eat in Chincoteague! Drift serves some very good sandwiches, pastries, and coffee. You can grab a bite to go or eat on the porch! Our order was out in 5 minutes and the service was great!

We’ve been here two days now and ate at Drift twice. Superb sandwiches and great selection of wine and snacks. I had the roasted chicken sandwich on excellent gluten free bread (twice). My husband had the Rachel, while eating it, he said “wow!” 6 times. He really, really loved it! We both loved it and will return several more times while we are visiting. So happy to have a cafe offer good gluten free and high quality ingredients for sandwiches.

So glad I stopped by for sandwiches were awesome! The flourless chocolate cake was to die for. The service was good and the place was very clean. I can’t wait to go back!!! The only thing I would like to see are some tables in some shade to enjoy all of the treats…

2025 June 28 Their Reuben has changed? Or they forgot to toast it? It was $16 after tax. ---------- 2024 review Wow. Their Reuben is indeed really good, the beef is incredibly tender.

I had the pilgrims sandwich and it was great. Quality of the bread and ingredients was really good. Shop is clean and the staff is really friendly. Be aware that there is no sitting so it’s mainly a to-go place but I was able to find a chair and sit outside.
