Miss Molly's Inn Bed & Breakfast

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Miss Molly's at the end of November 2025. We stayed in the Marguerite Henry Room. It was quiet and cozy. The BnB had lots of paintings and illustrations from Misty of Chincoteague. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Sharon, the innkeeper, was a wealth of knowledge as well as an amazing cook. Dave was also very friendly and helpful. My husband loved the fresh cookies! We were able to walk up the street from the BnB to several cute shops and the park. It was very romantic and just what we needed to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

UPDATE TO BELOW: I wrote the below review Halloween weekend while I stayed at the inn. I did receive a reply from the Chamber of Commerce who is in touch with the town manager and did let me know that they also have a concern and will be discussing the disruptive business. I was very pleased and surprised that I got a response so quickly. That said, I will be revisiting and Miss Molly's will be the place that I stay while I am there. The only other thought that I had after I departed was how delicious the breakfast word that we were given, but suggest to be more balanced with the sugary items even though they tasted amazing I was vibrating after consuming all of the deliciousness. We had a lovely time celebrating our first anniversary at Miss Molly's. We only stayed a night, but it felt like we were there for much longer because it was so relaxing. The room (we stayed in the "Miss Molly" room) was comfortable, cozy, quiet, and adorable, with an affordable priced. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and satisfying. The location is also central to everything in the walkable downtown. Comfortable porches with all the coffee/tea you could want. We can't wait to come again!

My wife and I stayed at Miss Molly's the weekend after Labor Day and we had the most amazing time. Sharon was so accommodating, she really made us feel at home. We loved the breakfasts each morning, the knowledge Sharon shared about the island and the ponies, the porch with the fresh baked cookies and snacks, and just the general old-timey feeling the building had. Our only (extremely minor) complaint was that our room (Miss Molly's) felt a little damp and seemed as though it could use a little airing out. Overall we just loved the stay and interacting with Sharon, she's a very talented artist, too! Do yourself a favor and stay here, you won't regret it at all. We'll be back in the future for sure. What a charming experience! This historic inn is done up beautifully for guests and in a prime location on the island. The real gem of my stay though were owners Dennis and Brandy who were considerate, thoughtful, friendly, and attentive! Breakfast both days was delicious and I absolutely plan on returning!
