BYOC Build Your Own Cookie

A fun experience of building your own delicious sundae! BYOC has a great concept of allowing the customer to choose all the ingredients that they want in a sundae. The cookies are large, warm, and soft. The Hersheys ice cream comes in a wide range of flavors and actually stays cold on top of the warm cookie. The toppings are plentiful and delicious. All of this is topped with whipped cream and a cherry. The milkshakes are very good sized and thick! A nice place for a cool treat on a hot day!

Great little spot. Creative. Great staff. Great location. Great sweets. I really enjoyed the diverse options. I enjoyed a safe brownie fudge cookie w vanilla ice cream topped with hot fudge while my son enjoyed his sugar cookie w cake batter ice cream topped w gummy bears, original not sour. And yes, BYOC will see us again next year.

Can't beat the review of a couple of kids 😁 so many customization options they were in ice cream topping heaven. My son was over the moon excited about his having marshmallow charms on top. Nice little trailer ice cream spot. Great little refreshment. Tons of other options for creating your perfect cookie sundae or just a yummy real milkshake. Best cookies and ice cream we’ve had, HANDS DOWN!!! One thing that was amazingly surprising was that the ice cream temperature felt super cold the entire time, even after melting in over 100 degrees weather… HOW???!!! Cookies were prefect, warm, chewy and creamy!!! Too bad we found this during our last day of our stay on the island. Really simple but genius idea. You pick the stuff you like and you make a sundae. We did a brownie with cookies and cream and Oreo. It’s not just the sum of its parts. It all works together so well. The warm cookie and the ice cream is great. Not a new concept but a great idea for a quick treat. Just a food truck on a parking lot with some seating. Easy grab and go stuff.
