Poke bowl-Jerk wings-Softshell crab basket 👍👍👍 Our waiter was a young man who looked like he waits tables in the evening, and sacks quarter backs on Sundays. The atmosphere was perfect blend of island Christmas charm mixed with traditional Friday fish fry. We will definitely be back, and we are happy to bring this island town extra cash 💰
We stopped here for lunch in the off-season. The food was excellent. My wife had the daily special: grilled cheese sandwich and cream of crab soup. I had the crab cake sandwich and fries. Both of our meals were delicious; the fries hot and crispy. The service was a little slow for an empty restaurant but our food was good.
Went for lunch in the off season and it was delicious. The jack fruit in the poke bowl is some of the best I’ve had. It’s seasoned and sautéed- absolutely mouthwatering. My husband had the soft shell crab basket. He also had only good things to say. The staff were very welcoming. We had a one year old with us and they were so sweet with him. We will definitely make a point to stop here for a meal on future visits to the island.
I ordered the BLT which was very good. My wife ordered the fresh fish which I think was fresh frozen. It was lightly breaded, which was delightful. Unfortunately, it was overcooked. Super dry it's very chewy, it came with French fries. As did my blt, which I've found to be very good it's crunchy. Yet soft inside, unfortunately, they oversaulted them to the point. You had to shake the salt uff in order to eat them. The waitress was very nice, uncomfortably nice. She would go on telling stories. That lasted like 5 minutes every time she came to the table. When she asked if my wife would like to bag up her 3 of uneaten. Fish in French fries, we explained how horrible the food was. And that would not be necessary. She's simply took it the food through it. In the busboy tree didn't tell anybody
The tapas are great. We were told that the tapas menu changes frequently, with some of the more popular items being consistent. I've never had anything quite like the hot honey oysters before and they were delicious! The restaurant has a good atmosphere and seems great for just dropping by for a drink and some tapas or bringing the whole family for a meal. The poke bowls are huge and have a variety of shapes and flavors that makes them really fun to eat.
