Truly a highlight of the town! Lovely staff, warm and welcoming. There's no signage but it's here and does have a nice parking lot in the back!

Disturbed that the manager Has chosen to applaud inappropriate behavior from a male patron that harasses women including her staff. I have addressed her on several occasions, and she has tried to gaslight me . On one occasion he asked if her could run his fingers under my dressed. She took no action. His behavior has continued, I have addressed her numerous times. Do better,Wilson Branch Manager

Nice but small place, people friendly. I couldn’t use the computers because I needed my library card so that was the little problem.

Wonderful atmosphere to learn, study, work and create. Compact with plenty of computers to use, a plethora of informative and innovative programs and workshops (e.g., credit repair, small business formation, resume critique), extremely clean, everything is neatly organized, great lighting and the temperature is usually perfect. Warm in the winter and cool in the summer. What makes this public library the best is a truly amazing team. They are exceptionally organized, receptive, attentive and seem genuinely dedicated to enriching the lives of others.

Not crowded at all, friendly and supportive Staff, good selection of titles, works in cooperation with the Windsor Public Library, and participates in the CT Interlibrary Lending Program Overall, a very positive experience, every time it's visited.
