The Bean @226

Went up to visit some friends who are locals to The Bean and had a this wonderful veggie sandwich is some delicious spicy sauce on it. Fantastic atmosphere, delicious food, excellent peppermint coffee, and all during snowmageddon. Definitely going to be one of my stops anytime I'm in vising friends

Sweet Sunday spot for tea and a good book! The line was to the door but moved efficiently. Good selection of drinks and treats but opted for a simple cup of tea to accompany a good book outside.

The vibe was friendly and warm. The wait was short - even still - 2 different employees acknowledged me and said they'd be right with me. The owner was extremely helpful and kind, giving me suggestions on what they offered because of my dietary restrictions. She took time for me, made both drink and food suggestions, and *never* made me feel rushed! Even though it was busy, all of the staff were pleasant, friendly and attentive the entire time. On top of the phenomenal service, the coffee and food I ordered tasted delicious! Organic coffee and fresh greens in my tossed salad with chicken. Truly a special place that I will certainly be visiting again.

Absolutely the best coffee shop around!! The coffee is always top knotch and they’ve got all the pastries and food you could hope for from a local cafe. My kids love the donuts and juices! Staff are amazing and it’s always decorated so cute. Great vibe, my family’s favorite coffee shop. Cannot recommend enough!

The Bean 226 is definitely a five star establishment. I haven’t been able to find really good coffee in the area until this morning! my hotel recommended “The Bean 226” I called before I got there, and I was greeted warmly. I was asked how I generally liked my coffee, If I wanted more of the coffee, taste, or less. They really cared And wanted me to like what I was buying from their establishment. My coffee was ready when I got there and I was greeted by my name. I ended up with a large hot coffee and because of the season she added snickerdoodle and cinnamon. It was absolutely amazing and I feel awake and ready for my day. I would definitely recommend this coffee shop for the atmosphere the amazing employees and the terrific coffee!!!!!!
