Whit's Frozen Custard of Delaware

I placed an order on Thursday for a Buckeye Madness ice cream cake for my Dad's birthday, with a pickup on Saturday. I came in Saturday and the cashier told me that they didn't have my order and that they didn't have any buckeye madness cakes left and if I wanted another flavor? I asked how this could be because I put my order in...two days ago for Saturday pickup at 12pm. She just said "sorry sometimes they just don't hold the cakes and end up selling them"....I asked her to speak with her manager about coming up with a different system for how they manage things because if I place an order for a cake, my cake should have been reserved and available for pickup on Saturday. I've previously given this location a great review, but due to the situation we just had I deleted my 5 star review and I'm starting over. The website says the hours of operation for the Delaware location are open until 9:30pm. However, I just pulled up with my husband and they had the doors locked before 9pm. The staff saw us pull up and didn't even acknowledge us at the door when we tried to open it. It was extremely rude especially since we rushed over to make sure we made it before closing. Now we're at Cold Stone because they don't just close up early. Customer service matters for reviews.

Okay dude straight up I love this frozen Yogurt it is the bomb! I normally get rhe Whitzer which is always delicious! This restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and you can't beat the location it's I'm a perfect area in my opinion. I can not wait to come back here!

Went there with my kids who are indecisive and the workers was very patient while we figured out what we wanted very friendly environment and overall fast service will definitely be going back
