Bojangles

I grew up in North Carolina, so I love Bojangles. I always get it when I visit family back home. Now I don’t have to wait—I’m so glad to finally have one close to me in Ohio! I’ve already come here 4-5 times since they opened and the food is fantastic. I usually bring my boys with me and they love it too! What’s more, the team members are awesome and so friendly. Emily has been especially kind to our family and it is wonderful to see a familiar face each time we order our food. Thank you, Emily, and thank you Bojangles Delaware for becoming my new favorite spot to eat!

Could be better...it ain't like the ones down south. My husband was raised in Tennessee. He said it's close to the one down there but not quite. The biscuits and gravy he had to add pepper. It was good other than that. The chicken was moist and tender. They don't have bone in chicken. The coleslaw was decent. Kfc is still #1 in my book. The baked Mac and cheese was dull in flavor. The fries were delicious and seasoned perfectly. Buscuits were fresh out of the oven. They even have a window to show the people the making of the biscuits. My husband said alot of the food was lacking flavor and seasoning like they make it down south. It was a nice treat though.

They should be ashamed for calling that tea a Carolina’s legend… Chicken is tender but very processed. Looks like something I made at home out of my freezer. Don’t get the bo special sauce, it is disgusting. There are better chicken spots. Simple as that.

Unfortunately as a person who moved here from South Carolina I was excited about a Bojangles coming to Delaware as it is one of my favorite places to eat back home but this was a real disappointment and is nothing like the Bojangles I used to love. No bone-in chicken and hardly any sides just dirty rice, coleslaw, and mac and cheese. I had hoped that the reduced menu would still be good but that is not the case. I stopped and got the tenders combo with dirty rice and the tenders were about the size of my thumb more like nuggets and the dirty rice was soggy and goopy almost like soup with no sausage or flavor, again very disappointing.

I got the 4pc chicken tenders with a bo-berry shake, the cashier was very sweet with helping me order and even came to my table to ask if everything was tasting good. 10/10 experience, will 100% come back
