Pacer Inn & Suites Motel

I haven't stayed in a motel (verses a hotel) in a long time but loved parking my car right outside my door. The room was decent but the furniture a bit dated and could use an upgrade. The shower was great - hot water and a steady stream of water - the way I like it. Breakfast was a grab-n-go however, they has a very decent selection to choose from. I would stay here again.

Pacer Inn is the best place to stay in town! I first stayed at this motel a few years back, and just came back again for work and stayed again. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are totally suitable, and the location is very proximate to downtown Delaware! You can stay here with dogs too!

My sister had got a room for a anniversary gift for me & my husband for a night once we walked in we waited a bit for anyone to come to service desk then when the employee finally came she didn't really greet us she walked up to.us and said what can I do for.you?!? Told her we made a reservation and from there she gave us nothing but attitude/rudeness,, she wanted both of our credit cards id's. Overall it was a awful experience that I won't make again And the employee def was not professional dressed . Very rude young lady.

I’ve stayed at places from $30/night airbnbs to $300/night resorts. This “motel” is the nicest place I’ve ever stayed in. I paid for the deluxe room and I LOVED it. The rooms were spotless and clean. The rooms had taller than average ceilings with Amish like designs (roof only). The motel had warm and friendly staff. The motel is within 2 minutes walking distance of a delicious Mexican restaurant. They had 2 sinks in my deluxe room with a door in between so people could use the bathroom and someone else could wash their face. The beds are firm by hotel standards, the AC worked fine. The area wasn’t a bad area. I thought the place was wonderful. There’s real care with this property.
