The Mason Cottage Bed and Breakfast

My wife and I spent the weekend at the Mason Cottage, and it was truly a memorable experience. Ro and Eric were nothing short of exceptional—welcoming, warm, and genuinely hospitable from the moment we arrived. They took the time to share their knowledge of the area, recommending fantastic local restaurants and guiding us to spots in and around Cape May that we likely never would have discovered on our own. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious homemade breakfast that was the perfect start to our day of exploring. From the comfort of the cottage to the personal touches throughout our stay, everything exceeded our expectations. Our overall experience was wonderful, and the weekend we spent at the Mason Cottage is one we will always remember. We can’t wait to return.

My husband and I love Cape May and The Mason Cottage made our visit feel more like a home coming than a hotel guest. Ro and Eric , the inn keepers, are warm, welcoming and personable. Ro is an excellent chef and catered to my Gluten free requirement, but kept the food appetizing and delicious. Eric is a wonderful host, charming and never too busy ( although he is very busy) to provide direction, chat or assist a guest with any need. I highly recommend the Mason Cottage, you will not regret it!! You will feel like you are meeting long lost family, and you are home again.

My wife and I recently spent two nights at the Mason Cottage during a rainy, windy blissfully quiet couple of days during the off-season in Cape May. Besides having the town and restaurants almost to ourselves, the Mason Cottage is the real reason we would return. A charming bed and breakfast located literally within walking distance of most attractions and only a couple of blocks from the beach, the Mason Cottage offers great accommodations, creative and delicious breakfasts and most of all, friendly and gracious innkeepers. We had a relaxing and invigorating stay, and we'll be sure to return to once again enjoy the pleasures of this outstanding bed and breakfast.

We can’t say enough about how amazing it is to stay at the Mason Cottage. We love everything about the experience. The most friendly, welcoming, and accommodating innkeepers. We are always treated like family and we are left with such a warm feeling. We always can’t wait to come back!! Cape May is a gem in itself but the Mason Cottage makes everything perfect. You will love how easy it is to come and go, the very close proximity to the beach and shopping, the access to coffee/tea/water/ice 24/7, the comfort of the rooms and porch, and the beauty of inn. It is truly our favorite place to stay and our most cherished experience.

My husband and I just returned from a holiday weekend stay at the Mason Cottage. It was a wonderful stay. The entire experience from booking, checking in, daily breakfast, and the entire stay in the Grand Mason was perfection. It is located in an amazing location and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Highly recommend staying here if coming to Cape May. We are excited to book again!
