Rhythm of the Sea

We stayed one evening the night after Christmas to experience the beautiful downtown area of Cape May. We were lucky to share the large historical inn with only one other couple. The host was so nice and accommodating. Since it was a quiet night she allowed us to see all the other rooms in the inn. What a beautiful historical inn. We had nice thick blueberry french toast with a side of scrambled eggs for breakfast. All so nice. We selected the large back suite(New Jersey) which was perfect to spread out. Highly recommend. Location A+, hosts A++. Will be back!

This was our second time staying at Rhythm of the Sea and it was just as perfect as the first time. The house is cozy, charming and sophisticated all at the same time. They make you feel valued and at home. Each room is unique and has everything you need. Can't wait to visit again.

This is a great B&B, very romantic and the location is fantastic, as it is literally across the street from the beach! The service is wonderful as they not only serve a delicious breakfast every morning ,but home baked cookies are available all day. The staff is as nice and helpful as you can imagine. Rhythm of the Sea also provides bikes and beach chairs, so you can be very flexible depending on the weather. There are a lot of places to stay in Cape May, but this B&B beats them all, price, service and location are the keys to a great vacation. A romantic getaway is not easy to find, that is why I stay there every year!

We stayed for two nights and it was great. The place had a very comfortable and homey feel, with a spacious porch, large inside sitting areas that included a vintage pool table. There was coffee, tea and cookies available all day, and the breakfasts were plentiful, fresh, and delicious. The staff was helpful, friendly and gracious. The shared areas and our room was beautifully appointed, even down to the lighting fixtures. For us the proximity to the beach(right across the street) was essential. They provide beach chairs and towels, as well as bicycles for touring the area. The neighborhood was quiet, and away from the hurley-burley. Also, the staff curated playlist was delightful and on point. A throughly enjoyable visit.

My wife and I stayed in the carriage house with our family of three doggies. We had a great stay! Morning walks to the beach to see the stars and the sunrise with our dogs followed by a yummy breakfast was just fantastic! The staff were so nice and courteous! We highly recommend Rhythm of the Sea Bed and Breakfast!
