The Mad Taco

Amazing tacos with house smoked meats and incredible house made hot sauce lineup that changes regularly. Amazing local beer selection that regularly includes multiple Hill Farmstead offerings. It's just an entirely bomb spot, and like, I shouldn't tell you, but also I should. Stop in. You won't regret it. And if you hate it, great, more for me 😅

Slow burn tacos were great. Spicy marg was great. The wings were the best I've ever had and I've had my fair share of wings. Incredibly smoked and crispy edges. My god.

We ordered some takeout from The Mad Taco. We had the Al Pastor, Carne Asada, rice and black beans. Everyone in the group ordered 4 tacos. 2 tacos would have been enough. The attached bar was very lively and wouldn’t have minded to stay for a beer.

Burritos here are amazing!! So are the tacos! The smoked chicken was delicious. So happy we stopped here for dinner. Well worth it.

Every time we visit this area of Vermont we always stop here. The food is delicious and always so filling. The prices are amazing. I love that you can see the smoker working in the parking lot. The first time we came here I had the torta which was perfect. This time I ordered the Big Daddy Fatty I had no idea what to expect and I was blown away. Everyone around us asked what I had ordered because it looked that good. It tasted even better though! Their fajitas are also a favorite with my friend group! I can't wait to come up again and enjoy the food!
