A beautiful Victorian house. Very quiet and comfortable. Easy to find and great location. I never met such gracious hosts. If you can’t make yourself comfortable here it’s your own fault.
We just enjoyed the best 4 course dinner I can remember ever eating in my home state of Maine. It was delicious. Every plate was not only beautifully prepared, but perfectly seasoned and absolutely incredible. The service, pace of the meal and the food- excellent! We highly recommend! If I could, I would give 10 stars. We will be back and encourage others to try this gem in Bethel.
We had an amazing experience staying at The Elizabeth Bed & Breakfast for a ski weekend! ||The location is perfect—just a short 10-15 minute drive to Sunday River, making it super convenient for skiing. Plus, being so close to downtown was a huge bonus, with plenty of great restaurants nearby as well as dining options right inside the B&B.||The accommodations were excellent—our room was the perfect size, the bathroom was spotless with great water pressure, and everything was impeccably clean. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space.||One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast each morning. Everything was fresh and different each day, with a great variety to choose from. The bagel station and hot breakfast options were fantastic—one day we had egg, pepper, and
Bed and sheets were extremely comfortable. AC in room. Room was very clean. We were provided a thorough manual of inn and bethel information. Not a fancy or upscale place, but very cute and well styled. If you are looking for somewhere that you can sort of do your own thing, this is a good place to stay.
That was amazing. Check-in was very easy. We made dinner reservations for 7:00pm and got there around 5:30pm. We knew we were in for a treat as soon as we tasted the bread service. I would recommend skipping lunch to leave more room in your stomach for dinner. We ate as much as we could, the steak skewers were perfectly cooked. We then split the Caesar salad that was served on the most beautiful vintage plate. We both got the pasta and decided to split the Peruvian chicken as well. Pasta was a labor of love from local mushrooms to creamy sauce and the coolest pasta shape, cooked again to perfection. The Peruvian chicken was elegantly plated with a golden brown skin. Absolutely delicious. We then ordered the sweet plum seasonal cocktail that was so unique and well balanced. And lastly for
