We stayed at this beautiful B&B for a long weekend ski trip at Sunday River, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision! Carol & Scott were incredible hosts. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, and they were super accommodating for food allergies! The bedroom was spacious, clean, and the entire space was beautifully decorated! It truly like home. We will definitely be back!
We stayed at the Bethel Hill B&B for 2 nights to ski (only 10 minute from Sunday River) and loved everything about it. Carol and Scott were wonderful hosts and we loved our stay there. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and charming. There was an adorable sitting area at the top of the stairs. The breakfast each day was in a cozy room with a wood stove and the breakfast was amazing. They definitely had us well fed to hit the slopes. Usually, as skiers, when we’ve stayed at other B&Bs, we get a to-go bag of food because we need to leave too early, but Carol just adjusted the time to feed us so we could then go ski. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast.
This was our second stay in two years with Carol and Scott at their Bethel Hill Bed and Breakfast. Like any great B&B, you immediately and always felt like you were a unique guest in their home. Coming through the front door you can take a quick right turn into the library, which most times during the winter has a crackling fire going in the fireplace. We've stayed on both the first and second floors now, and both provided cozy traditional New England vibes with plenty of room in the main room and a larger than expected bathroom. The B&B sits on a quiet dead end street only a few blocks from Bethel center, where you can find a small selection of shops, restaurants, and pubs. It's a quick 10 minute ride up to Sunday River, which was the reason we stayed at Bethel Hill during our winter week
My husband and I just spent 2 nights at this wonderful B&B. Carol and Scott were great hosts. Their house is just beautiful and it was decorated so nicely. It is also extremely clean. I could not find a speck of dust or dirt anywhere. I felt so comfortable and at home here. All of the rooms have wonderful private baths that are spacious. The inn is located on a lovely quiet street which ensured a great nights sleep. The beds are cozy and comfortable. Scott is a great cook. He made us the best blueberry pancakes. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends and family.
Carol and Scott are impeccable and gracious hosts. They give a warm home-away-from-home feel to your stay. Having lived in the area much of their life, they are know all the town history, swimming holes, hikes annd art galleries. The eggs-cooked-to-order hot breakfasts are photo-worthy and tasty. Quiet street. Easy level walk to shops. Meticulously updated and cared-for rooms and grounds. Large bath en suite. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here!
