Great breakfast place coming back from snowshoe Mountain. Food was excellent service was very friendly.

Such a great local business. The Curly Maple is welcoming, well run, and clearly passionate about what they do. Always a pleasure interacting with them. They are exactly the kind of small business you love to support—thoughtful, professional, and full of character. Highly recommend stopping in.

Janet and I passed through little Monterey to visit family from Canaan Valley headed back home. This was such a great spot… the epitomy of a small town restaurant with great conversations. The food was excellent and if one is on travel to some of the major ski resorts in WV, make time to stop!

We enjoyed lunch here today while visiting Monterey for “Wintertide”. My husband had a smashed cheeseburger and I had a garden BLT with sweet potato fries. Both were excellent! They have a variety of specialty foods and drinks and they carry a lot of local products. Support them!

Recently had my wedding reception here and Cappy was absolutely outstanding! Everyone loved the food she catered. It was the perfect space for about 50 people. Charm, coziness and character was out to play at the Curly. Was the best day ever !!!
