Taco Bell

For the 2nd time, I am just gonna leave this at SERIOUSLY…..at this points shut this place down. Just got served with 1.5 inches slab of cold ass refried beans on not 1 but 2 Mexican pizzas. I don’t like wasting my time for stuff like this….whoever thought this was funny I saw y'all staff goofing around in the lobby. I AM DEFINITELY TAKING THIS UP WITH CORPORATE, BBB, and LOCAL HEALTH COMMISSION. And if I get better word from my MIB, you better watch out. Not letting this one slide after driving 5.5 hours home from ATLANTA.

They were out of multiple items, which I understood and was polite about. An employee told me I could replace my chalupas with anything on the menu, so I chose a chicken bowl. After waiting 25 minutes, I was told it was being made. Then the manager started yelling at me in front of everyone, saying I couldn’t have it and that I was asking for too much. I wasn’t arguing I was told I could choose anything. To avoid more conflict, I told her to just give me whatever she wanted. I received a chicken quesadilla that wasn’t equal in value and wasn’t good. Very disappointing experience and very unprofessional management. I never expect much from taco bell employees but this costumer service was by far the worst i’ve personally received.

I’ve ordered here multiple times and they are never stocked up on their drinks, I’m always missing some part of my order and the last straw was finding a black peice of hair in my food. This place needs new workers or to be shut down. Absolutely disgusting.

2nd time in a month I got old dried chicken. A manager or somebody does not care and is going to get somebody sick!! Maybe a call to the city is overdue.

Aa and Milton were amazing great customer service great attitude made my day after encountering problems with the app Thank you for showing us that people still care and can be kind in the fast food chain thanks guys
