Fraiche Coffee and Cafe

If only they had just one more person to help. The food is amazing! Even though the two gals there are working their tails off for sometimes impatient/entitled tourists, they are always polite and smiling. Pretty much the only downtown place for breakfast. Service is very slow - we waited 40 minutes for breakfast for two. Did it stop us? Nope! We went back the next day. It’s that good.

The coffee was good, the concept was good, the food was good and the service was very good. Overall, good. It could be further developed as the bones are there: quality service and local products. It needs a little fresher/better beans for espresso drinks. The food was good and the menu was very appealing and fresh. However, it seemed to be a stretch for the staff as the bowl I ordered seemed a bit heavy on oil. Stop in and say hi.

A bit slow if you’re in a hurry, but I wasn’t and don’t mind waiting for delicious fresh food and coffee. Wonderful leisurely breakfast stop in downtown Laurel.

This is where you go to have a good time in Laurel. This is where dining was meant to be. You have a conversation with your waiter they’re all super cool and have amazing stories. They cook the food right in front of you. God fearing people who cook good food and care about caring for you.

“My daughter and I stumbled upon this cool breakfast spot while visiting Laurel, and we’re so glad we did. Fraiche may have a smaller menu, but the selections are unique and thoughtfully crafted. We tried the Figgy Bagel and one of their spritzers—both were fantastic. The bagel was especially delicious; the thyme in the cream cheese paired perfectly with the fig preserves. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the customer service was excellent. A great find!”
