Customer Reviews
Pros: The office staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms/suites were spacious, clean and everything was functioning properly. The kitchen was adequately equipped (except for the fact that there is no drying rack) and the shower was nice. The Wi-Fi worked well. The sauna and pool were good. We didn't use them but they had a game room, board games and a pickleball court. Cons: In general, it was a bit run down and felt like it needed an update. The TV was very small and only got 20ish channels and there was no way to hook up streaming and it didn't have a DVD/Blu Ray player. The heating system was old fashioned. You couldn't really set it to a specific temperature that you knew you would be comfortable with. It looked like they only had window AC but we were not there during a time (we
Place is old and run down. Shouldn’t be listed as a condo or timeshare!! More like a converted 2 star motel at most!! Very small confined rooms. No amenities but pool . Hot tub not hot and only a few jets! Arcade had 2 very old machines and expensive. Laundry services available for expensive cost. Manager/staff very nice and accommodating. Was infested with black water bugs for 5:7 days. My family/young grandkids were traumatized. I I’ve been a timeshare owner for 45 years and this was my worst exchange experience yet. Don’t book it!!
The owners are awesome and so nice to everyone and they've got they're awesome dogs in the lobby. The room are nice and got a lot of space, the pool is warm and the hottub is at the perfect temperature though the jets aren't the best😉 but they work at the end they are really nice people are very nice here, the price is unbelievable for all what they're offering it was so fun there and worth the only 200 bucks
We have been here on several occasions. Nice rooms yet the staff is not very eager to help. One good thing I was able to use cash.. but when I got my receipt at check out they had put my non profit on the bill without my knowledge. Young kids just more interested in partying. I do not recommend this place
Great place to stay, especially if you're skiing Sunday River, which is maybe 10 min away. I loved the amount of space in the living area - plenty of room to spread out between the dining table, kitchenette, and couches, with room to stash your boot bags out of the way in the corner.||The lodge area was also great, with comfy seating by a fireplace, nice ambiance, and even an acoustic guitar on the wall for folks to pick up whenever they want.
