Rise Baking Company

So I showed up late thanks to my previous load. But they took me in no hassle. Small lot with tight doors just take it slow and easy. You have to chock your wheels or they won’t load you. There’s two companies operating out of the same building. Capitalism, go figure. One door for check-in. Just have your PO ready and they’ll you know if you ringed the correct bell.

I want to add on to my review. So it was 4yrs ago that I gave 5 stars and today they even deserve more in my families opinion. See, my husband works here and he loves his job. Is it hard work? Darn right but it's honest work too. We have seen this company switch owners a few times and for an employee that can be scary because you never know who will come in and take over and will things go the same or will things be different. Different doesn't always mean bad but it can throw things off either in a good way or not so good way. We have seen this company go from CSM to CSM-Brill to just Brill and now to The Rise Baking Company. Since being Rise, yes a lot has changed but in our opinion in a good way. These very hard workers finally were given a much needed raise. A mighty good one at that

Unprofessional, Slow, lazy, unorganized will take long time to unload,

Been here 3 times for pickups, took more than 4 hours each time. Trash, guys inside seem nice but don’t care at all about your time. Will take 5 hours to load a trailer, other places will load in 20min. Needs a strong rework of their shipping department.

No longer have to wait in the cage. You can wait in the truck. They took me 2 hour early before appointment time. Unload took less than 1hour. Nice folks inside.
