Pallet Cafe

I know that there’s a lot of places in Lancaster to choose for your morning breakfast, but can I suggest Pallet Cafe?! I have been to every small café in the area and this place blew me away! I got the Teddy Graham iced coffee, and the Caprese avocado toast. Absolutely incredible. The coffee actually tasted like the description and the Caprese avocado toast was delicious and so flavorful! This has by far been my favorite (& cheapest) breakfast spot! It’s also so cozy in there and reminds me of going to eat at my Mimi’s house. I don’t know the owners, they didn’t tell me to post this. I just want them to get the recognition that they deserve. 🫶🏻

These are some of the best bagels I’ve ever had in my life — and I lived in NYC. The cheddar jalapeño bagels are unreal. Chewy and soft yet with the perfect crisp exterior. The chocolate chip cookies are also exactly what you’d expect and want from a classic cookie. Everyone at the cafe is so kind and it really gives you that beautiful small-town welcoming and caring vibe. I would highly recommend.

We returned here on our trip back from Arizona. So glad eat here again! Food was so good, we ate it before I took any pictures. Cute, cozy atmosphere. Locals definitely support, as everyone was chatting as they waited. Food was fresh and delicious. A hidden gem. Highly recommend to everyone

Bingo! surprising charming with very authentic café with friendly staff, charming decoration and design, and a creamy latte. I recommend trying their Italian soup—it was delicious and healthy.

At The Pallet I pause, my mornings begin, With coffee so rich, it warms me within. Their bagels? Perfection — a crisp golden ring, Each bite feels like sunshine and weekend and spring. The crew greets you kindly, the space feels like art, Where comfort and flavor are both from the heart. But the secret, my friends, that we quietly cherish — Is the “spinach,” you know — the one kids won’t let perish. They grin ear to ear, with “healthy” delight, (Though chocolate’s the magic that’s hidden from sight). It’s laughter and joy in a simple café, Where mornings turn brighter in every way. So here’s to The Pallet, my favorite stop, For coffee, for bagels, for moments that pop. If love could be brewed, they’ve mastered the art — A little caffeine, and a whole lot of heart.
