Osteria Tre Tassi

Went there for a January pop-up night. I went with some girl friends and we were seated at the loviest table right next to the fireplace, sooo cozy!! The ambiance was magical, with a musician playing relaxing guitar in the bar area. For the meal, we went all out, starting the night with delicious espresso martinis + appetizers, followed by sharing a beautiful bottle of red from their thoughtfully curated wine list. We got one of each of the Neapolitan style pizzas. They were impressively executed as well as being perfectly sized. I will be dreaming about my Margherita pizza until i can have it again. 11/1/2025 - 5 stars again! On a skeleton crew they made amazing drinks, focaccia, salads, pasta, and fish. The lemon cake stole the show and we were lucky enough to have Ian as our server again! Fortunately, they have decided to be themselves and have done a great job at it! The food is the star of the show and it’s excellent. It’s fresh, flavorful, not salty, and mostly locally sourced. Update: we returned after a year and had an equally good experience to our first visit. Food was as good as our first visit and it was a good experience. Still recommended and I would book in advance. --- This was our first visit and we enjoyed our dinner very much. The restaurant has an inviting interior and porch for dining. We had a table on the porch and enjoyed the light at the end of the day. Almost cool so they turned the heater on for us. We started with some Calamari and fried zucchini. Good! For the mains we had the Gnocchi and the Casarecce alla verde. Both were good - and plentiful. Service was generally good although not always attentive. The waiter later mentioned he was sorry about being preoccupied with a very loud and large group at the other end of the porch.

Osteria Tre Tassi is a hidden gem nestled in a beautifully restored old home—immaculately clean and full of warmth and charm. The outdoor area is stunning, with thoughtfully designed landscaping and breathtaking views that immediately set a relaxing tone. Inside, the atmosphere was elevated by soft classic lite rock playing over the speakers—nostalgic but tasteful—and later in the evening, a live guitarist added a beautiful layer to the ambience. This restaurant was really special. Had a wonderful time with our party of seven while on vacation in Door County. The food was authentic and delicious. Prosciutto bruschetta and Suppli Alla Romano were our appetizers. Homemade Tagliatelle pasta and ragu for the main course. Dessert was tiramisu and lemon mascarpone cake. Everything was superb. Our waitress was attentive and the atmosphere simple and quaint.
