Henriksen's Fish House

Long-time fan of this family business who bring the freshest whitefish, savory smoked salmon & other deliciousness to our Northern Door community. Excellent customer service & it’s always a treat to chat with the fishermen who bring in the goodness. Plenty of great frozen fish too for those who want to pack some to take home.

The whitefish is so fresh, I’m always so happy when I see them at the market. Their whitefish cakes are DELICIOUS too. I haven’t had a chance to stop in their new storefront but I hear it’s amazing. Also, the Henriksen family is the best. They’ve been fishing for decades and keeping the tradition alive and they donate a lot to local charities. A must try!

Great place for local fish. Fresh and frozen options. Wine and beer available. Other great options for food available as well. Super friendly staff!

We were in town for 9 days and we went back here 3 times for the smoked whitefish and both whitefish and salmon dip. The whitefish is so good. We tried a couple of other places in town but the fish was smoked so much it wasn’t good. We have tried other places after we left town but the whitefish was very mealy. All this to say Henriksen’s is the place to go. We are already missing it on our trip.

Wonderful whitefish right off the boat. Call first to be certain they are cleaned and ready to go. Good selection of other items too Frozen fish available also. The seasoning package is delicious.
