Customer Reviews
We visited Oozu as a group of 6. All of us had the Creamy Vegan Spicy Ramen, and all of us had a great experience. For appetisers we had Chicken Kaarage, Shrimp Sumai, and Spring Rolls. The appetizers were great, and I especially loved the Shrimp Sumai. Chicken Kaarage is very much like KFC's Chicken Popcorn. For desert, we had three types of Mochi - Green Tea, Strawberry, and Mango. I didn't like the Mango Mochi, Grene Tea was okay, but the Strawberry Mochi was absolutely amazing! The quantity that Oozu offers is simply great and very filling. The prices might be a but on the higher end, but they feel justified. The staff was very welcoming and accomodating as well, adding the overall pleasant experience. I'd definitely recommend you to try out this place if you haven't already.
Spicy Ramen 8/10 Spicy Kimchi Ramen 8/10 Shrimp Tempura 9/10 Cho su don 9/10 Matcha Tiramisu 9/10 Pork Gyoza 10/10 I didn’t find much difference between spicy and spicy kimchi ramen but they both tasted amazing. Cho su don was a little on the sweeter side for me. The match tiramisu was really good. Right amount of sweetness and quality of the matcha used seemed good too.
Great looking good, great atmosphere, lots of attention to details. Ramen tastes good. Lots of variety of broths. All the fixings are good. But the pork chashu is just very plain tasting. Had much better, more smoky flavors in other places, so hence only 4*s
The staff here are super nice. They always seem busy but that is probably because the food is quite good. I highly recommend getting the ramen egg.
I love Oozu! I come here twice a month minimum and really enjoy the spicy shoyu. The eggs in particular are phenomenal. Highly recommend!!!
