Great spot for authentic Chinese food. The flavors are bold and well-balanced, especially if you enjoy spicy dishes. Portions are generous, prices are reasonable, and the environment is clean and modern. Service was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Definitely a go-to place if you’re craving real Sichuan/Hunan-style cuisine.

Environment is great, very good service and taste with reasonable price. Definitely TO GO place if you wanna try something in authentic Chinese spicy flavor!

I tried the kung pao shrimp and chow men shrimp and both were excellent. It was just the way i like it. Perfect amount of sweetness and chilli flavor.

Chilli Bistro is honestly such a solid spot in Champaign. The food always hits—simple, tasty, and never too greasy. I usually get the noodles or a stir-fry and it’s always good. The people there are nice and the food comes out fast. Just an easy, reliable place to grab a good meal.

Service waa great, she was really a sweet waitress and very attentive. We had braised thick cut bacon cooked traditionally with like chinese kimchi, soup dumplings, sesame balls (not pictured), stir fry beef with SCALLIONS omg, and a pepper chicken that’s spicy!! Will be back
