Customer Reviews
Surprisingly, for how delicious the food is, the store is fairly vacant. So the service is extremely attentive. You get ordered within 5 minutes as long as you know your order, and get food soon after. First came the sides, and the complimentary tea. There’s radish, some kind of corn coleslaw (??), kimchi, cucumber kimchi, and tofu. The liquid is a dipping sauce for the spring rolls, which came next. Crunchy and filled with all sorts of veggies and meats. The dumpling jigae came in a boiling hot stone bowl, it wasn’t too hot, but it built up overtime. And last time I ate it with ramen noodles instead and it was superb. The katsu bento was an assortment of many little things. Japchae, katsu, rice, fried tempura, and mini salad, fried dumpling and a spring rolls. It’s huge though, so I’d sug
I got the chicken bulgogi, which was the lunch special for that day. It was served sizzling and I would describe the portion size as "a mountain of meat". It cost more than 20, but definitely got 2 meals out of it. It did get a little salty towards the bottom of the meat soaked in the marinade. They also gave a generous amount of banchan.
Probably the best Korean food on campus, but it is worse than other SGD locations. Most of the time their soup isn’t hot enough to cook the raw egg and the extra spicy soup isn’t even spicy. Their side dishes are so good though!! Their bibimbap is also really good, but again, sometimes the plate isn’t hot enough to make the rice crispy.
Great lunch spot with amazing value. The food here was super flavorful. The bibimbap was fresh and perfectly seasoned, and the lunch combo came with a ton of delicious sides. The portions were generous, the bulgogi was tender, and the dumplings were crispy and tasty. For the price, the lunch deals are unbeatable. Highly recommend if you want good Korean food without spending a lot.
Atmosphere is relaxing, food was very delicious and the side dishes were yummy. Staff is very welcoming and nice. A little bit pricey for a college student but lots of food is provided.
