McDonald's

Very dark at night. It is hard to find the retaursant because the darkness makes it looks closed. Edit: came in the morning & whoever does their leaves started blowing the leaf blower at my car window & just started laughing like he thought it was funny. What the heck is wrong with these people? There are people who get killed for doing crap like that.

I normally do not review fast food restaurants. But because I’m a frequent customer it’s time I said something. The staff always seem to have an attitude. As if they are not happy to be employed by a company which they applied for. I’m a manager who works with customers and if any of my team members acted as such they wouldn’t have a job. The job description is customer service. Your are supposed to service the customers no matter how bad or good your day is going. The lady who was handing out orders you can tell she hates her job as she was slamming the orders on the counter to be picked up. You choose that job so do it professionally with a smile. I always tell people wipe your feet off at the door. In other words whatever you are going thru leave it at the door before you clock into wor

Very poor service. I ordered two specialty hamburgers and they weren't as I ordered them. After making the first purchase, I asked if I could get a free hamburger by filling out the survey on the receipt. They told me I had to make another purchase. I made both purchases, but they wouldn't let me claim the promotion for filling out the survey on the receipt because it would mean I had to buy again, and I had already made two purchases. They need to explain clearly to their managers that after making a second purchase and completing the survey, the customer is entitled to one free hamburger.

The food and service at this McDonald’s were both very good- our order was accurate, the restaurant was clean, and the staff at the counter were friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, our overall experience was affected by something else going on during my visit on Friday, 12/12 at around 5:30PM. While I was eating, the manager working at this time was having what sounded like a performance review or disciplinary conversation with an employee out in the open by the front. It was loud enough for me (and others) to hear and I was seated in the far back, and the tone and content made me feel extremely uncomfortable. This location people are so friendly it’s like they are actually happy to see you come through the drive thru!!! Snow rain doesn’t matter smiles !!!! Aaaand let’s just say the Strawberry Banana Smoothie is delish !!! Thanks McDonald’s employees !!!
