Giulia's Pizza Restaurant

I had an amazing experience at this pizza restaurant! The pizza and meatballs were incredibly good, the bread was fresh, and the sauce was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted homemade and full of flavor. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’m always looking for a new place to eat and Gulia’s is a hidden gem. This was my first time there, I met the owner Al who welcomed me like I was family. This place had an Old school red sauce joint vibe and before I get into the review I’ll let you all know that I’m a foodie, I cook a lot and I have a passion for food. I had the meatballs and a small cheese pizza. Washed it all down with a cold DC…. The meatballs would make any nonna proud. They had a great beef flavor, perfect texture, not dry at all. The marinara sauce was also perfect. Fresh tasting, fresh basil, sweet. This joined the clean plate club. The cheese pizza was just as delicious. The food is amazing, their pizza is the best I have found around i travel from newington just for it. Its such a family friendly atmosphere you will not be disappointed.

Hands down the best pizza in Hartford county. They have the perfect balance of NY style with New Haven style to equal a flavorful and crispy crust with excellent toppings. The Bianca pizza is my go to but the entire menu is excellent.

I’d like to leave 3.5 but Google doesn’t do that. We just had pizza. Pizza was very good. Crisp and tasty crust that stayed crispy. Hard to find in Connecticut. Lots of cheese. The large pie is large. A large and a small would be plenty for 4 people. Sauce was on k. My only complaint is charging $4.00 for a half sausage. Not much sausage on the half we should have just gotten a whole sausage pizza. Would not have been a lot of sausage. And on the whole pie. Nice service. Pleasant people.
