Very disappointed. Sat in the drive-through line for at least 15 minutes. Sat at the window for probably 10 of those minutes. They could not get it together inside. I ordered four cheese crystals. Add mayonnaise. I drove off with four very cold crystals with hard cold buns. They were not steamed. They were thrown together quickly. Very disappointing.

Ordered a couple chiks and onion rings for the kid.. thought maybe the onion rings spilled in the bag, but no. Pretty ridiculous!

Slow service. Waited over 30 minutes. They didn't know who had what orders. Multiple people were coming in frustrated because they were waiting so long. The lady did say they only had 1 cook. I get that but hire more people so your service doesn't drop

I was held hostage in this drive-thru for one hour with no way to exit once I pulled in. When I finally reached the window, I was told my order had been deleted and that I would need to order again. After waiting a full hour, I had to leave without food. This is unacceptable. A business should not trap customers with no way to leave, especially when wait times go far beyond reasonable limits. Management, review your cameras… you held me hostage in line with no escape. This location should not operate until it has a safe and efficient way for customers to exit if the line stalls for more than a few minutes.

A bit run down but not bad. My wife decided I needed to try a Krystal Burger just for the sake of saying I did it. Wellll... It was not the greatest but not horrible either. The patties probably a quarter inch thick, probably more like 3/16 of an inch which is the smallest Patty I've ever seen. It was gray in color looked more like a sausage patty than a burger. I probably won't ever come back, but at least I can say I tried it. The Staff were friendly so I can't say it was an unpleasant experience.
