G’s BBQ

A few weeks ago I posted on a facebook group looking for beef ribs around Jacksonville, and the owner reached out and told me they have it if I was ever in stark. We finally decided to make the drive and I am so glad we did! The beef ribs were absolutely delicious! Tender, juicy, and flavorful. When paired with the spicy BBQ sauce it was divine. We also got the three meat combo with turkey, brisket and St. Louis ribs, and I think this was the best turkey I have ever had. Don’t skip the Mac n cheese either. Having moved here from Texas it was challenging to find good, reasonably priced BBQ but G’s certainly delivered. Big shout out to Shelby and Wes for outstanding service. We would love to see G’s expanding to Jacksonville but we will definitely be returning for more!

Food was🔥!! Best bbq I’ve had in a long time. I got there right after they opened. Service was great. I’m pretty sure that was the owner that came to check on me a couple of times. Not sure when I’ll ever be in Starke Florida again but if I ever am I’m definitely going to G’s bbq

So glad this place is not close to where I live because I would weigh 300 pounds. Get the barbecuterie tray which has all the apps and meats you need for only $22. The three sauces were very good.

I got the fried pickles, and the chick manget. The pickles were good, plentiful, i would just prefer an option for some spice. I ended up using their mustard bbq sauce to elevate it. The chick magnet was crunchy and hot temperature wise. Fantastic overall sandwich Edit: I asked for the pricing on the shirts, was told she'd get back to me and did not confirm the potential price of $25.

First time at G's BBQ, it was okay. The meats were tender and tasty, but the sides were pretty lackluster. The sweet tater tots with cinnamon though? YUM!!
