Tony’s Italian Restaurant

Tony’s is THE best Italian place to eat. My 2 kids and I love it there. It is very clean, spacious and the atmosphere is phenomenal. You are ALWAYS greeted when you walk through the door and feel like you just came home, so friendly and made to feel like they are really glad you came not like some places where you feel as though you are an imposition. Sara is GOOD. No matter HOW busy they are, she still greets you with a smile and is quick to take your order and NEVER gets your order wrong. The food is absolutely DELICIOUS. I always get the Chicken Bacon Ranch sub and it is so, so, so good. My 6 & 8 year olds get one pizza, half cheese and half pepperoni and they can’t eat it all. They love to play with the Wiki Sticks they are given and they ALWAYS have to give Sara a hug and Tony too. If

Ordered the garlic knots and meat pizza. Very good. It came out HOT! And rather quickly. The sauce was Perfect! Not too sweet or sour, just perfect. The cheese on the pizza was the perfect amount. It even had a satisfying cheese pull.... The sauce amount was just right, not too much, not to "globby". Customer service was GREAT! We went mid afternoon, perfect time to go!

We were road-tripping ISO of lunch & found this Italian style gem in the historic downtown Starke! Our family of 5 arrived just as they were opening for lunch. Sara was a superstar hostess greeting us as we walked in the door & she took great care of us from start to finish. Service was prompt. The food was delish, plentiful & a great value. We had chicken parm, chicken piccata, eggplant rotini, & pasta fagiole! Each of us loved our meal & we all got a clean plate award! (A rarity with our group). The restaurant was clean with easy parking in free lot adjacent. The menu had a lot to offer & so if you are traveling interstate 301, West of St Augustine and North of Gainesville, check out Tony’s!

First time but not the last! We had the Stuffed garlic knots, goodness they're huge and yummy! I had the calzone which I could only eat half of it was so big and my husband had pizza. It was all so good and the service was incredible. Cannot believe we are in Starke often and never heard of this place before. We will be back.

Driving through Starke we stopped at this local restaurant and we were very pleased. I had the Lasagna and it was very tasty. What would have made it better would have been if it was served hotter. My husband enjoyed the Ravioli Carbonara and said the sauce was very tasty. Their rolls were good. The server was very pleasant and the food arrived in excellent time. If you are in the area give this place a try.
