Schrader's Smoker Service

We have been customer's of Schrader's for well over 10 years. They are the best!! They have helped us when buying new smokers....holding them for us while construction was delayed...several times!! Whenever there is an issue with a smoker, Martina and crew always help us out. They are extremely experienced and have a great team. Recently we had an issue with a smoker and Martina was able to have someone look at it while they were in the area and fixed it that day. If not....we would have been up the creek....we were preparing for a 5000 person catering event that weekend...not sure what we would have done.. but Schrader's came thru as always! They are the best!!

Schrader's reacted quickly to a Sunday emergency we had with our in-house smoker. Martina loaned us a smoker which was delivered the same day. The repair team was efficient and had us up and running within a few hours. Their communication with me prior to and during repairs was excellent! Thanks to the Schrader team, we did not lose sales!

Called Martina with a problem that was of the highest priority for me. Very quickly she made it her highest priority as well. Within 10 minutes she had helped diagnose the issue, identified the part as being in stock, had it boxed and on the way. Exceptional service!

They truly went above and beyond on my build. Their attention to detail was top notch and they took care of things I would have never thought about.
