Service was fast and food was amazing!!! Best BBQ around!! I drive over an hour to stop and have lunch here several times a month because the food is delicious! We had a sampler plate with brisket, ox tail, beef rib, ribs, turkey, and pulled pork with fried brussel sprouts, Mac and cheese, baked beans and coleslaw and it was all fantastic. There were several other amazing specials today too. Go early as nice its sold out, they close. The employees are so friendly and go out of their way to help you :) We have also attended the monthly dinner they host once a month and it was amazing too.

I am so disappointed. Reading the reviews from others, I had great expectations. So I am even more let down. There is no handicap parking. There is no handicap accessibility. I was finally able to get in and that’s as far as I got before I gave up and left. The only handicap parking that we saw was over by the the welding supply store. Even then, there was no accessibility to get to the barbecue. You cannot get a mobility cart in the door. You can barely get a walker in. What a letdown.

Wow how in the world is this place here and under the radar!?!?! Wish we had this place back home! The food is absolutely delicious the owners are super friendly and welcoming and you will leave feeling great and not like there is a big ball in your stomach because they do it right here. Don't miss this spot on your way to wherever you're going!

Blue Line Barbecue in Starke is absolutely incredible. The food is truly divine and without a doubt the best barbecue I’ve ever had. Everything is cooked perfectly and packed with flavor — you can tell they take real pride in what they serve. The meats are tender, smoky, and seasoned just right, and the sides are just as good. Every bite was amazing. What really makes the place stand out though is the top-notch service. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and make you feel like a regular even if it’s your first visit. If you’re anywhere near Starke and want amazing barbecue, Blue Line Barbecue is a must-try. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve been wanting to try the food here for a couple months now and finally stopped in today for dinner. Usually I don’t like bbq from restaurants because the taste is never quite right but their meat was some of the best I’ve ever had. I had their brisket, turkey, ribs, Mac and cheese and green beans. My wife had their pulled pork and fried Brussel sprouts. We came in about 30 minutes before close too. I’m sure if you get there earlier when everything comes fresh off the smoker it’d be even better
