KFC

Im a vegetarian but the wrap looked so good in the commercials i had to try it. Signage at the drive thru was confusing. I asked for spicy classic wrap and employee didnt know what I was asking for. Someone else took over and put thru the order. Employee at window was unfriendly and brought wrap out to the parking lot 10 minutes later. The wrap had a little sauce, a few pieces of chopped tomatoes and lettuce at the very bottom of the wrap. Not good.

The absolute best KFCs in the state of CT! Hands down! It’s as if Kernel Sanders Himself makes the chicken. They cook the chicken the way it’s supposed to be, not burnt, uncooked, or salty! The flavors really open your eyes to a world of possibilities. The drive through is weird, wouldn’t recommend going through it.

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of going to this KFC location. That’s right, they are no longer calling it in Kentucky Fried Chicken… I believe at this location KFC stands for Kentucky Failed Chicken. Colonel Sanders must be rolling in his grave, knowing what this place has turned his legacy into. The person at the drive-through was not very friendly. I ordered a famous bowl without corn. What I received was more of an Infamous Bowl. Since she did not repeat my order back to me & there is no screen to read that she got the order right, and I have a dietary issue where I cannot eat corn , I asked her if she got the part about corn. Her reply was to proceeded to give me the price again, which turned out was not correct because she failed to include the tax, no big deal. Sorry my standards

Diners of the Cromwell KFC must be the unhealthiest people of all. The chicken, all types. Original, crispy and spicy wings the fries. And the mashed potatoes gravy are ALL extremely overly SALTY. I voiced my concern to the manager and he said that's know it comes, he said they are preseason. I have to drive all the way cross town to the KFC on south main in Middletown just so I don't risk stroking out. This is ridiculous. This has been an occurrence at the Cromwell KFC every time I have eaten there this past at least 8 months. I am so done and will just keep driving cross town to preserve my health. Do you guys not taste your own food. If it all comes preseason like that the managers should start using different distributors or find out where Middletown orders their foods.

Service is a joke, not very friendly and they PARK you every single time and take 10-15 minutes to bring the food out. Why call it fast food if they never have any food ready. Absolute joke.
