Katana Sushi of Elkridge

I’ve tried so many Chinese food and Sushi restaurant always living in MD but I recently discovered Katana in Elkridge. LThe food is always fresh. The crispy General Tso’s chicken to the flavorful lo mein and fried rice, everything tastes homemade and perfectly seasoned. The Sushi is so fresh as well! But what really makes this place special are the owners!! They are incredibly kind, welcoming, and treat everyone like family. Every time I go in, they greet me with a smile and genuine care. Great food and amazing people so Katana is a true hidden gem in Elkridge!

This is a local gem! Amazing food and attentive staff! They have a happy hour that cant be beat and the food is ALWAYS TOP-TIER! Happy Hour is 2:30-5pm all week! Beers at $4 and apps for $4-$9, it really is a steal for the area! I try to frequent as often as possible. Its great for large gatherings, or just looking for a calm sushi bar to relax in after a long day 😌

Love it!! Super generous portion sizes, especially for the price, and all the food was great quality. It’s a small place but the atmosphere is nice and quiet and the staff are SO friendly! Definitely gonna eat here more often 👍

This was my first time at Katana and I decided to come here for my lunch break. I came inside to order for take out and got their shrimp tempura bento box special. The service was amazing and the host, Nancy, was kind and really thoughtful. As I was waiting on their bench, the host brought me my canned diet soda with a cup full of ice. I love a lot of ice with my soda, how did she know! I got my food in less than 10 minutes. Went back to work and started digging in. I enjoyed the food a lot. Super fresh and tasty. Just the kind of comfort I needed! I definitely recommend.

Katana is our favorite sushi restaurant. Whether we eat-in or take out, and if it's for just us or a group, we've always been happy. I stopped by to pick up something for myself, and the staff was so nice - as usual. They made a great recommendation (pepper tuna nigiri) and the smoked salmon melted in my mouth! Thank you for the extra miso soup, too.
