Phenomenal library. Great facility and friendly staff. Tons of services offered. Huge kids area. The DIY Center is really cool.

A very modern library; spacious, bright, clean and tidy. The children’s corner is beautifully decorated with an ocean theme, and the outdoor children‘s activity area has an ocean mural.

The tool library is AMAZING! I use it daily and it has a great selection of tools, just wish it had even more variety and even more an inventory. Hope the county invests more $ in this wonderful community resource!

I live a distance away from Elkridge but enjoy the library's features. It can be a bit noisy at times when the school kids are there. Gone are the days when libraries were quiet! Love the DIY tool borrowing section although it can take weeks before some yard tools become available.

Wonderful library that serves people of all ages, especially kids. I got 2 lovely craftwork that were made by winning kids for the events organized by the library :) Walking into the library gave me a great vibe. I instantly loved the bright and spacious space. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, got me my new library card with huge smiles. One glance at the bulletin board got me excited as they have so many events lined up - all organized by the dedicated staff. This library is part of the Howard Library network and has a great set of books. Both their website and app are user-friendly to browse, hold and check out books. I'd certainly be frequenting it for getting some work done or quiet reading :)
