Kachai Thai Kitchen

We had a spectacular experience at Kachai today! Our server Boo was very caring and attentive. She made sure to explain certain dishes on the menu and was a sweetheart! Also the manager Andrew came over and was able to explain about the food and cocktails in depth and made sure if we needed anything we could tell him and made the experience really great. The food was absolutely amazing and the staff was very quick, attentive, and knowledgeable. Great atmosphere, great food, and very well managed!

This place had super nice young servers, but the food was terrible. The basil chicken was horrible and had ground chicken and cheap super salty sugary chinese sauce all over. (See pictures) it was cheap and low quality, descriptions were off. Also they cant serve alcohol but have pre-made cocktails. All in all wont ever be returning. Over priced and low quality.

What a pleasant find! Their pad thai uses more fish sauce than I am used to, but thats not a bad thing. It was delicious.

Great food and consistently the best Pad Thai I’ve found anywhere in the U.S. I’ve lived nearby for years and have ordered from here often—dine‑in, takeout, and delivery—and the quality has almost always been excellent. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was a major disappointment. My family and I were overcharged by nearly $30, weren’t given a receipt until we asked, and were then argued with and accused of lying when we pointed out the mistake. It was an unnecessarily hostile interaction that overshadowed an otherwise reliable spot. Because the food is genuinely great, I’ll stick to takeout or delivery from now on, but I’m hesitant to dine in again.

Update/Important: Thank God my child didn't eat her food that night! I later discovered her dish had EGG in it, despite citing multiple times that she is anaphylactic! You saw her epipen cases. You could have injured or killed her! Shame on you! Gross negligence. Original - Please update your menu prices so they are consistent & improve your customer service. We have enjoyed dining at Kachai many times. The decor, cleanliness & staff have always been amazing, especially with food allergies. Many great GF & V options! We usually spend over $100 for 3 people. Sunday we spent $140. The hostess was a bit curt. There were 2 available tables in the center. We asked for a booth or to be seated in overflow. We willingly waited 20 mins for them to open overflow seating. Our server was great! K
