Cozy cafe with a variety of pastries and meal options. The breakfast I ordered was huge and delicious! Wonderful service, very sweet chef. There are games set out on tables which was a cute touch. It's just down the sidewalk from the bright red telephone booth.

First tried this place back in July after being pleasantly surprised to find out we have a French inspired bakery here in Poulsbo. Such a nice selection of pastries each day, and the Chef & staff are all so kind! Since our first visit, we have been coming in at least once a week for a pastry or treat. Whenever we have friends visiting town we bring them in too and it’s been a hit with everyone. You really can’t go wrong with any of the pastries, everything we have tried has been delicious. But if you cant decide, as I often can’t when faced with all the tasty options, just get the chocolate croissant. Trust me. Thank me later.

We were absolutely delighted to have discovered Ma Façon on our latest visit to Poulsbo. It’s rare to find pastry shops of this caliber outside a large metropolitan area. Every item feels true to its French roots, made with authentic technique and ingredients. Without exception, everything we tried was fantastic. The Mont Blanc is easily a showstopper—a delicate balance of rich chestnut cream, light whipped topping, and a perfectly crumbly meringue base. The chestnut flavor is very subtle, so I wish it had more chestnut cream, but otherwise it was prefect. The Matcha Streusel Marzipan Tart is a brilliant fusion of earthy and sweet. The matcha streusel of the nutty marzipan and marzipan mouse. This tart was truly memorable and felt unique without being gimmicky—one of those pastries

A lovely little breakfast (open 8am-4pm, closed Mon & Tues), brunch, and lunch spot in downtown Poulsbo. We just discovered it and will be going back. Very French menu. Everything is house made with care, dedication, and love. Best brunch we have had since we lived in San Francisco where, due to crowds and parking, brunch is a blood sport. Thankfully, no problems like that here, just delicious food in a casual atmosphere. Finding this place made our day.

My husband and I stopped in for breakfast. I thought, "This is a cute little place. Some nice seating areas." Then I saw the pastry options in the glass case in the back and literally gasped. The woman behind the counter asked what I would like. I said, "One of each, but unfortunately, I can't eat that much." Not all at once, maybe, but I'll definitely be back for more! My husband had a very filling turkey spinach cheddar quiche. He kindly let me have a bite. We both loved it. He also had an excellent "shot in the dark" coffee. I had two things, a savory and a sweet. My vegetarian fritata was light and delicious. I shared my plum frangipan with my husband. We agreed it was a perfect dessert for grownups--lovely pastry and fruit without a lot of sugar. We spent about$15 apiece. The sho
