The coffee itself is excellent and clearly made with care—but what really makes this spot special is the owner. Kristie has personality and charm, it feels less like ordering a drink and more like catching up with an old friend. Whether it’s her genuine smile, or the way she seems to remember everyone’s “usual,” the stand has a heartbeat that bigger coffee shops just can’t replicate. If you’re looking for more than just a caffeine fix, this is the place. Highly recommend stopping by!!!

Super personable staff and amazing coffee and food stuffs! Quick and easy to get to when on the way in to work in suburbia Poulsbo! Looking forward to continuing my morning pick-me-up here! :)

Best shop in town! Kristie is always making sure her customers are taken care of, working over time, and always has a smile on her face while she’s doing it! Gotta give it to her, she knows how to run a nice shop.

Erista Coffee Co is the best spot in kitsap county! I NEVER get a lotus or redbull anywhere else because no shop compares to how they are done here! Plus the owner is the sweetest gal in the world so not only are you getting a great drink but you are getting fabulous customer service with a beautiful smile.
