Super cute coffee shop with a walk up window. Very sweet service and yummy drinks (I got an iced dirty Chai)

What a great little coffee shop! Love it! Bought an iced matcha latte (their matcha is unsweetened) which is exactly what I wanted. It was not expensive at all unlike many other coffee shops that sell matcha and especially if you want to add oat milk, it’s always an add. There was no added cost here and device was super fat! Highly recommend.

Visiting from out of state and this is an adorable coffee shop. The songbyrd chai is fantastic, we all ended up ordering two drinks because it was so tasty! Pretty florals and decor as well as a very nice owner.

Best latte in Poulsbo! Coffee and tea is amazing and such a cute little cut out down town. It’s a bit pricey but worth it every now and again. It’s a great local gem.

By far one of the more surprising coffee experiences I have had in WA. This is my first time visiting Poulsbo and on the way out I saw Byrdie's coffee; I fell in love with the hole in the wall aesthetic, it reminds me of the McDonalds in downtown Seattle but, you know, actual food and good coffee are in its place 🤣 Anyways, I got a coffee with a honey flavor in it and I don't remember it's name sadly but I will definitely return to this spot on my next Poulsbo visit. I usually have these giant paragraphs and in detail notes for coffee and cafe spots but for Byrdie's Coffee it just comes down to three things: Quality, Kindness & Cute dog designs! Check em' out!!
