Jim's Pizza

Came here for a Zone 5 Lions International business meeting. Had the cheese and the pepperoni pizza--delicious. Crust was just right and sauce was flavorful. Menu is typical: subs, pizza and pasta. Prices are competitive with other pizza houses. Service was very good. The place was very clean and on the quiet side. Although dining room wasn't 100% private, it was conducive to a great business meeting without interruptions. I would come back again, as it is centrally located in downtown Windsor; it is welcoming; has Google prices; tasty food; and plenty of parking.

Family owner and operated, very friendly service, always on top of everything you could every possibly need. I was just impressed and I will miss this place when I move. Thanks 🙏 awesome veggie pizza and yummy coffee!

The menu says $15.00 for 20 wings. When you get there they says 20 wings are $35!!! Imagine if you ordered 20 wings thought they were $15 ordered the wings got there to pay and the lady says that's $35+Tax. On top of it when the lady purchasing the wings questioned the $35 the owner had a fit and an attitude like we don't need your business. Instead of the owner saying wow that's quite a discrepancy!!! Instead of the owner saying wow! that's our bad take the wings for $15 "noo"! They were $35 no negotiating. Watch out don't ever believe the menu pricing. Always ask if that's the real price or if the Tooth Fairy wrote the prices!!!

The outstanding hospitality convinced me to award more than one star. Despite ordering a large half Italian and half cheese pizza with red sauce, the crust was unfortunately undercooked. The server, displaying great kindness, promptly involved the owner, both of whom apologized and offered a replacement. However, witnessing an argument in the kitchen about the crust being undercooked due to heavy toppings was a bit disheartening. Ultimately, the second pizza had the same issue, including the half with just cheese.

Delicious cuisine. Awesome staff (Laura is a sweetheart) Great chef. Cozy atmosphere. Norma, the owner is wonderful. Chicken and broccoli Alfredo was so good. Delmonico steak was grilled and seasoned to perfection! Everything was so fresh and made to order. Check them out! They won’t disappoint!
