Hokkaido Hibachi Grill & Sushi

I had a wonderful experience at Hokkaido in Madison! I ordered the chicken hibachi dinner, and it was cooked perfectly—tender, flavorful, and served with just the right amount of seasoning. The meal came with a side salad and miso soup, both fresh and delicious, making it a complete and satisfying dinner. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was attentive without being rushed. Whether you’re in the mood for hibachi or sushi, Hokkaido is a fantastic spot to enjoy great food and a relaxed dining experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Hokkaido is our go to spot for sushi! They always go above and beyond to take care of us. Kathy and I recently enjoyed a seaweed salad, Tuna Tataki, a Rainbow Roll, Naruto Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, Cucumber Roll, and a Philly Roll. I love the hot Saki on chilly nights and they always have cold Sopporo. Go see them!

The egg rolls are trash!!! The Hibachi is delicious!!!!...I can't remember the name of the soup that comes with the meal but its great!!!

We ordered the sushi deluxe dinner, Las Vegas roll, Harumaki (spring rolls) appetizer and a side salad. Service was attentive. Sushi was decoratively prepared and also very delicious. Spring rolls (4) were fresh and enjoyable. Excellent meal overall. We highly recommend Hokkaido.

The place was lovely. Very demurtcy, very demure. The portion size was decent, the presentation was expected . The fish was extremely fresh. Very lovely service. Thanks so much for the excellent service guys! we will be back!
