Smallcakes Madison

I’ve ordered from Smallcakes in Madison, MS twice recently, and both experiences were fantastic! A few weeks ago, I picked up a half-dozen assorted cupcakes, and every single one was incredibly moist, flavorful, and beautifully decorated. Each cupcake tasted fresh and rich—honestly some of the best I’ve had. Most recently, I ordered a red velvet cake for Thanksgiving, and it was a huge hit. The cake was perfectly moist with that classic red velvet flavor, and the cream cheese frosting was smooth, balanced, and delicious. You could tell it was made with care. The quality is consistent, the presentation is always impressive, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Smallcakes has definitely become my go-to bakery in Madison. Highly recommend!

I ordered my dream cake for my birthday this year and they nailed it off of just one picture! I picked it up Thursday and we didn’t eat it until Sunday and it was amazing at how fresh it was and still is with the leftovers still in our fridge!! Love love love them and will be a returning customer always!

Had a delivery here so I decided to try them. So glad I did. I got a chocolate cream cupcake(like ding dong) & turtle cupcake.. I love chocolate but I think the turtle is my favorite. They were delicious & so moist. Friendly staff. If u live around & just passing through stop & get u some. You will not be disappointed

Took the kids for a treat while waiting for our Wayback order. Menu said $3.25 for loaded brownies so I ordered one of every loaded kind. The attendant rung them up at $5.99ea. I reminded her of what I had and she checked the order board and the system and said yea that’s wrong let me get help. She went and got another lady (presumably the manager) who came out peeked and the screen, said yes that’s right and scurried off in the back. The attendant didnt know what to say or do. The lady left her unsupported which was not fair to her or me. I knew it wasn’t her fault but legally if you advertise at that price, you have to sell it at that price. I felt bad for the attendant though, so I told her sorry (for the manager leaving her hanging) but we left to go to Nothing Bundt Cake instead.

Wow. That’s all I can say! I had been recommended this place by several people and it did not disappoint. The flavors are well balanced on each cupcake flavor and are so flavorful and moist! I will definitely be back to try more! My absolute most favorite cupcake spot yet!
