Blue Fuji Sushi.Grill

My boyfriend and I tried this spot one afternoon and it was really good! We went for a late lunch and it was practically empty. We started with miso soup, steamed gyoza, and the soft shell crab, all were really tasty! I'm a big fan of ginger dressing in general, so naturally I had to try the house salad, and it was phenomenal. We got the Hawaiian roll and fuji roll for our entrée, and both were so flavorful and on the larger serving size! The prices seem equivalent with our regualr sushi spot and some others in the Madison/Ridgeland area. Wish this location was a little closer to my part of town, but we will definitely be making a trip back.

Husband and I wanted to give it a try. Let me say you will not regret it! The sushi’s phenomenally delicious and Fresh. I also ordered steak hibachi which the vegetables tasted like they were freshly cut and cooked to order, the steak was cooked exactly how I requested very juicy and tender. We will definitely be back 🫶🏼

We come here all the time for their ramen. My son loves the chicken katsu he says "it's the best ramen in the whole place". Highly recommend

Me and my few friends was passing by,and we were looking for some sushi spot so we found this place.there were some others tables in there,not that busy.That means the food running out really fast.it was very fresh and tasty.Me and my friends are really like it.IT WILL BE ON MY LIST WHEN WE COME BACK!!!

We had the best first experience at Blue Fuji! The sushi, desserts, and appetizers were all fantastic! Wonderful service, too! We can’t wait to come back :)
