Dunkin'

I have been visiting this location since 2020 as a daily commuter, and have spent a lot of money at this establishment. The last year and a half that stopped because of rudeness of employees .(just two). I have built rapport with manager Gabby and Lyndsey.. I it has got to a point that If I would order, I would ask anyone to prepare my food but Jada and one other girl with braces (because they were rude people, and made me feel uncomfortable with making my food/. drinks). Today, I asked another young lady to make my drink and food. Jada got an attitude and brought over the wrong food to me. Once, I told her it wasn’t correct, she raised her voice and snatched it. Well I come there one time a day for a frozen hot chocolate and I’m picky about it . The girls named Anise ,Jaida and zymira are one of the best teens in the island !!! Not once did I get an attitude which can happen in the food industry they made me completely comfortable to be picky . My drink is always made correctly and I wished I could tip them 20 doll each if I had it . I do try to give them something to show my appreciation. But I would like to stress these are the nicest young ladies and anybody that goes to Dunkin’ Donuts. I’m sure it’s treated wonderful and they’re accurate manners never have to wait more than a minute for a frozen drink and I could go on and on, but I think these girls for being nice to picky customers like me and getting the order correct every single time th

My hot latte had a weird odor and tasted like fish. When I poured it out the coffee had a green tinge to it. I don’t even know what they did to it for it to taste so disgusting. I have contacted corporate.

The doughnuts are pretty good. The problem was getting a cup of water. Apparently, they had to run down to the well (maybe a mile away) to get it. At least that's the conclusion I got from how long it took to get water. They struggled with what should have been the easiest part.

I love this Dunkin location! My order is rarely wrong and the staff are very nice and quick.
